一度場所が分かれば非常にアクセスしやすく、スタッフもとても気さくで優しい。 最終日、朝方チェックアウトした時に、お菓子のパンをもたせてくれた。 部屋がとても広く、外の寒さから比べると非常に室温も快適だった。

一瞬ホテルの場所がわかりづらかった。 二重扉に奥に入り口があった。

こちらから要望していなかったのに、ホテルスタッフの方が無料でグレードアップしてくれて、とても快適に過ごせた。部屋も清潔でとてもよかった。

ホテルの入り口へ繋がる路地が非常にわかりにくい。 案内板があると助かった。

Well located. Rooms were big but very basic.

Price was very high for this kind of a place. Breakfast could have been better.

The location was excellent (after we located it). The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

There needs to be better directions to the hotel. I was within 100 feet of the entrance and couldn't find it. Neither could I get help from vendors nearby. A descreet signage would help. A detailed map with directions from the Academia Bridge would have saved me untolled steps with luggage. There is no air conditioning.

Great staff. Nice room. Excellent connections with the whole city, by foot and by vaporetto.

Wider window for coffee. For example, keep the large breakfast from 8-10 AM, but offer coffee and a few packaged snacks available from 7-11 AM.

The general location is good (though it's hard to find the hotel if you are in Venice for the first time and it's night-time): all the attractions are really close and the neighbourhood is ok. Very nice personnel - ready to answer any questions you might have and help with anything they could. Rooms are nice and clean. Had a single room: quite spacious, double bed, clean.

Location - if you've never been to Vinice may be hard to find. Better e-mail the hotel and ask for precise direction (Academia is easy to find, but once you cross the bridge - it may take some time to find the hotel). No air-conditioner (gas a fan though). Not so bad when it's end of September - just leave the window open a litle bit - but can big a huge problem during the summer heat.

The staff was very nice and receptive and the room was very comfortable

the location is great. 2min from galleria dell'Academia and from a vaporeto station. 15min walking to san marco's square. The room was big, modern and clean.

there was no air conditioned in the room. the fan was not enough for the heat in august in venice.

Soundproofing is absent at all. The rooms are small and not not have any design ideas. It is good, clean, sterile ... barracks. The flows are stones.

Great place and was very easy to find. Is close to Grand Canal, Accademia stop, and has some nice restaurants close by. Would stay again.

Outstanding location near Vaporetto stop & easily found with the gps coordinates provided when booked. Great access to St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. By using S. Room was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Internet access and pets were free. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Although check-in and check-out were rapid and problem free, hospitality was less than expected with "cold" customer service. Would also be good if staff had local information readily available. All minor issues.

The Foresteria's rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location excellent. Considering the exorbitant price of hotels in Venice, the price/quality ration is not at all bad.

The wi-fi facilities, though free, are somewhat weak and slow.

Excellent value for money. Great sized rooms. Loved the chandeliers.

A little hard to find. The entrance is not welled signed.
